Note on Our Offering and Scope of Services

EPR Pilot is directed exclusively at entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and at commercially acting customers. Contracts for private purposes are excluded. All prices are net prices plus statutory value added tax.

EPR Pilot is provided exclusively as part of certain Happy Arbitrage plans. No separate contract for EPR Pilot is concluded.

EPR Pilot is a tool for preparing and validating data. We do not carry out any registrations, filings or other declarations vis-à-vis registers, authorities or scheme operators on behalf of our customers and do not act as authorised representatives. Registration in the LUCID packaging register must be carried out personally by the producer under the German Packaging Law Implementation Act (VerpackDG) and cannot be transferred to third parties.

EPR Pilot is not a legal service within the meaning of the German Legal Services Act and not assistance in tax matters within the meaning of the German Tax Advisory Act. Final review and filing remain your responsibility.

Consumer Dispute Resolution

BaDuNi GmbH is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act.

Liability for Content

We are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general legislation. There is no general obligation to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general legislation remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is only possible from the point at which knowledge of a specific infringement is obtained. Upon becoming aware of such infringements, we remove the content without delay.
